Good people, just disillusioned

Day 24 of the Blog a Day. You know this next video shows that with a little popularity, some fear mongering, and the backing of people living in fear (with no reason I might add) just about anyone could run for President in this Country. I nominate Paris Hilton. That would be hot. And Paris has just about the same credentials as Sarah Palin. Seriously. Not one of these people could name a policy that Sarah has (she has none BTW) and they all just spout off GOP talking points of rhetoric and fear mongering. Your good people dammit! Have an opinion of your own. Believe in God, but not everything your crazy Church tells you to.

It's the end of the world...not really.

Day 6 of the Blog a Day. Have you seen the trailers for the new disaster movie 2012? This movie looks terrible. And this coming from the guy who saw Mortal Kombat and ID4 in theaters multiple times and loved it! John Cusack stars in this movie which is really just a sick vision the director keeps having with destroying the world. This movie is from the same guy that brought The Day After Tomorrow and other great(ahem lame) end of the world movies. And does anyone really believe that the Mayans predicted the end of the world? They could not even predict the Spanish Conquistadors and Spanish churches subjugating their lands during the colonial period. What makes anyone think the world is really going to end in 2012? Oh wait, this might be a hint.
